Simswap request

On the 20th of February I was held on gunpoint in my House, my belongings were taken, I was shot at mind you I'm 8months pregnant. I'm typing this complaint on my hospital bed. I have called Cellc trying to get my simswap done. My life depends on it. I am using someone's phone as they only brought it for me just for today and tomorrow for me to try and sort things out. I called my insurance both household and cellphone. I was sent forms to fill out via email.which I cannot access as i need a verification code which will be sent to my cellphone number. The feedback I keep on getting is that I failed the security check.

I can't go to any store I have supp**** all my details as I know. But no one is willing to assist me.

Insurance claims have a certain timeframe in which I can do my claims. Funny enough I contact Vodacom customer even advised them of the case ref number: and was assisted promptly for my nanny's simswap as we were bit attacked and phones taken.

Cellc I would like to know what alternative measures are taken for someone in my situation. As it stands I don't even have an ID. No license, money is taken for the bank etc. I really need my number. Forget what's lost please can anyone help me.
