Simswap from hell
I was hijacked and now I can't even do a simple simswap took my id. Everything and still I was denied. Who knows numbers by heart when we have a phone book. Am very much disappointed this number is linked to my accounts I ported to cell if they can't assist me can they port me back to vodacom

Our consultants have to follow specific business rules when handling customer queries or requests and a security check is mandatory.
We have requested one of our team members to assist with the SIM swap, alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.
