Simple request ignored over and over

Highly disappointed with the service I have received from Cell C. I received a call today to make arrangements to pay my account. My account is only 60 days in arrears and its already been handed over, I am settling it at the end of the month however, I believe it should only be handed over when it is 90 days in arrears. Secondly, I have been requesting Cell C to change my method of payment to cash since April this year. I've spoken to the call centre and each time I speak to someone I'm told a different story on how to get it changed. Initially I was told I simply need to send a letterhead stating why I need to change it to cash method. So I sent it and I received a response stating that I need to send proof of loss of employment or closure of my bank account. I responded to this with reference 180 ********** 56, My email was just ignored and the case was closed. I spoke to someone again who then advised me to make an affidavit confirming that I do not have an income. So I made an affidavit, and sent it but there was no response and now I have bank charges from the debit order returning since my initial request over the phone. There are numerous requests when I spoke to the call centre asking for this to be done and no one cares. So much for customer "care". Thanks for creating unnecessary bank charges on my account Cell C. I will never recommend anyone to Cell C, they don't assist their customers with simple requests like changing a payment method.
