SIMONE B FROM COLLECTIONS IS THE BEST!

i just want to say compliments to a lady that helped me today at cell c. my debit order last month never went off even though i had funds in my account. so naturally i was furious with cell c. anyway i called today to confirm if all was in order for the debit to go through on my account tomorrow and a lady by the name of Simone assisted me. her surname escapes me right now but i know it starts with a B and sounds Italian or something to that effect. This lady gave me the confidence in cell c all over again. she assisted in re-activating my line today already instead of waiting for tomorrow's debit order. that is going the extra mile and if i had my way i'd give that lady a bells! just a big thanks to her and to cell c for having employees like her. <br> <br> keep on giving good service and cut all those bad apples out that drop calls and put people on hold before even saying hello on the phone.
