SIM SWOPS AT CELL C IS THE PITS

hi my daughter got ****** a month a ago at knife point and threaten with her life, she has a Cell C number firstly my mom then goes out to buy a new sim card to do a sim swop and i was told because my mom RICA the sim i cannot do the sim swop, so i go into CELL C shop in Canal Walk there im told i have to have 5 dal**** numbers and it must be the most recent and accurate numbers or i cannot do the sim swop. i told the lady my daughter was ****** she no longer has her cellphone with numbers that was dialed or contacts there nothing she could do for me i now have to get her a new number and i really wanted to have this number because it is her first number but i wont be going with CELL C sorry you mean to say if you dont know the numbers u dial u cannot do a sim swop especially in a horrible situation like my daugther's no thanx Cell C ull loose another customer just because of this stupid rule i mean if i RICA the sim card with my ID surely if i represent my ID for a sim swop it should not be a problem u guys suck
