Sim Swop which has taken more than 4 days

I phoned Cell C asking for a sim swop to be done, i was told i need to get a new sim card which is Rica'd which took me 2 weeks to wait for. My previous phone was ****** so i didnt have a phone for these 2 weeks. once i finally got a rica'd sim card which cost me R20 i phoned in to cell c again and i was told the i didnt need a rica'd sim card. then i had to go and get another sim card which cost me R5. then i phoned in again and was told the sim swop would take 24 hours which is clearly did not because when i phoned in again they said it will be done in the next 15 min. no, it didnt work so i phoned in once again and was told i need to open up a new case which i was told that will take me another 24 hours. this is pathetic and i want this to be sorted. i have been sitting without a phone and wasted alot of time money, but im still going to get debited R50 for the sim swop which has not happened yet. After all the phone call time i have used and buying sim cards and everything I am the one getting billed??????
