Sim Swop, unable to help us

<p>I am trying to do a Sim Swop for my grandmother who is 82 years of age and lives in a old age home. There is no shop in her town able to asist us to do so. I then tried to phone cell c to do a sim swop for her, i phoned 3 times followed all of the instructions they are unable to help me because my grandmother who is 82! Can not remember the last time she recharged. They do not ask her ID or any other relevant information which i can provide. You can imagine that a 82 year old can not remember the last time they recharged. There is also no shop in town that can asist us. The number is used for emergencies if she is unable to call me if something happens while this querry is not resolved i will hold Cell C responsible!</p>
