Sim Swop that takes 7 days, 5 calls, & no response

I got a new handset and called the call centre on Friday morning 18 Dec. I requested a sim swop because of the new handset. After 5 phone calls to follow up, to date I am still waiting for service. I even tried doing it myself online but was told that because I contacted the call centre I would have to wait. To date, absolutely no response or feedback from Cell C. I even told the call centre that I would put this on hello peter but they just dont care. I am totally disgusted with the lack of service and the fact that no one bothered to contact me once after promising every day. Is this customer service???? unbelievable!!!
