SIM-SWOP Ripp-Off

<p>I had the misfortune of my phone ****** recently.</p> <p>According to the protocol, after reporting your loss, the next thing you have to do is a ”Sim-Swop”.</p> <p>However if you go into a Cell C Customer Centre they charge you R20 and the staff neglect to inform you that you can do the very same thing FOR FREE with your own Sim-Card from your own Cellphone, by calling the Call-Centre.</p> <p>I personally feel that this is a total “Ripp-Off” and demand a refund, as I did the very same ”Sim-Swop” for free and never used the Sim-Card I bought from them.</p> <p>I find this conduct totally ridiculous and especially when you inform the staff, they are indifferent, because they claim that the transactions are irreversible.</p> <p>With all due respect and with no malice intended against any staff member of the organization, I need a senior person to remedy this situation, as I feel that CellC Mobile can ill-afford this “Ripp-Off” to ***** its reputation and treating their customers with such disdain.</p>
