SIM SWOP QUESTION RIDICULOUS#BAD BAD BAD,System my foot

Doing a sim swop at cellc is ridiculus I was subjected to a list of questions that ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REMEMBER. for instance, the lady asked: How many times have you loaded data on you your phone, who memorizes that????? when was the last time u loaded airtime.....last week sometime she said, no! u need to supply the date?????? u get one chance to answer the questions, if u get it wrong u get told, sorry we cannot do a sim swop, u need to phone back and try again ,I went through these questions 7 times..... Cell c....really?????This is crazy, you going to loose customers, my whole family is using cellc ,but after this frustration everyone will be changing to another network TODAY,,,I wont even recommend anyone to use cellc, instead I will advise them to stay far away from CELLC
