Sim swop on upgrade..no one has gotten back to me

I have recently requested a cell phone upgrade..and I was given a new nano sim..I phoned cell c numerous times to get my sim swopped for the new nano sim and activate my upgrade, yet I have not yet heard back from them. I was promised that they would call me within 1 hour..I am still waiting.<br> Call me urgently to get my sim swopped..it can be that hard.<br>
