sim swop not done and incorect details captured

Sim swop not done request sent on monday and now its wednesday when i call the centre got told they could not get hold me and when i asked why they said my phone is on vmail where you were calling the wrong number as per your request......trust me no one will port in with this kind of incompetency and worse turn around times<br>
