SIM SWOP NOT ACTIVE

Once again another complaint to Cell C !! <br> <br> Phone was ****** on Saturday night, i processed the block and they had instructed me to go buy a NON Rica'd SIM card and call them to do the SIM swop! They told me it was easy to buy a SIM card as many places sold Cell C SIM Cards and if i can juts go to a cell C shop. <br> <br> On Sunday morning, desperately trying to source a new phone and get my sim swopped i go to : <br> - Clicks<br> -Pick n Pay<br> -Waltons<br> - Checkers <br> -Cell C store <br> <br> and all these places would not sell me a sim card and i didn't want it rica'd , when i spoke to the cell c branch i could not understand how cell C gave me these instructions and they refused to assist me ! <br> <br> Finally after running around like a lunatic on a Sunday, game finally sold me the sim card ! i call the call center to do the SIM swop and they insist on em setting up a one time pin and do the sim swop ! This was done on Sunday evening !! they told me it would take a few hours to set up and my phone would be running in the morn !!! i woke up this morning and my phone is still not working - called the center told me it would be active soon!! <br> <br> We live in a world of cellphones, why is it taking so long !!!
