SIM SWOP HORROR
I was ****** off my cellphone and sim card taken with my phone, calling cell c to do a sim swop is like dealing with home affairs!!! the ignorance is bliss I cannot even describe the frustration of having to deal with ******** people. it's like you don't know you own information. I've had my cell number for 13 years and now all the information given to cell c does not meet the systems needs to ****ing do a sim swop. the people at the branch are of no help either. because the number I have use to be a contract number which my mum took out while I was at home. the number was changed to mine because this is the second time needing to do a sim swop because this is the second time being ****** and I was helped by cell c call centre to do the swop. now all of a sudden, the number is registered to my mum.... what bull how did they manage to help me with the 1st sim swop and now it's a different issue. I've spoken to my friends, and it seems as if its only cell c that has this issue with sim swops. get with the ****ing times 13 years having a number what do you want me to remember my dead grandmothers number? MUM CALLS THROUH TO DO SIM SWOP HER ANSWERS ARE ALSO INCORRECT LIKE *** MUST WE DRIVE TO THE HEAD OFFICE WITH MY HOUSE AND THE PEOPLE WE CALL? TO DO A ****ING SIM SWOP
