Sim Swop gone wrong

I've been trying to do a sim swop for the past 5 days with no success, every time I call I get cut off or told I'm blocked by the system. I went to one of their stores yesterday (04 November 2020) only to find it closed due to a strike or something.

I've called the call Centre over 15 times trying to get help - Cell C is useless

I haven't been able to get help and I need to have my number operational again because so many things are done telephonically and a result of this I'm not getting information (job applications, bank notifications etc.)

this is causing so much inconvenience.

I'm tired of calling Cell C only to be told that the system blocked me. IM TIRED
