Sim swop failure
<p>Yesterday I called the call centre to do a sim swop I was told they can't do it with the system they using as this sim Card is from the factory so I layed a complain on hellopeter I was contacted by Patrick today gave him the Rica serial number now Im told that the sim Card is Ricard already cell c please do urself a favour don't ever contact this number u can't help I will never recommend anyone to do a sim swop my mum spoke to Roxanne the team leader and she was informed the sim Swop will work and it's still not working from agents to team leader and complaints I give up good bye cell </p>

14 Nov 2016, 07:06The consultant contacted you to assist with this matter and advised that the SIM card has been Rica'd and its being used. After you were advised you dropped the call and the consultant called 3 times thereafter and you kept releasing the calls.
