Sim swop

I did a sim swop with cell c only to be given someone's number tried solving the problem but they gave me the run around.Wrote in this forum and immediately was contacted by cell c helped by Moses their media consultant and was happy as i thought my dillema was over,he perfomed another sim swop fir me on tuesday and three day later which was friday my sim card is not working have called the call center,went to one of their stores and emailled Moses and still im sitting with a sim card thats not working.Cell c honestly im very dissapointed
