Sim swop done by error at the cellc store in PMB

<p>A sim swop was done by error by your Cell c store in Victoria mall, That’s 141 k away from me, This whole ordeal left me without a phone for 5 days, What happen to Rica verification???? The person that had my number could see all my banking information that was sent to that number via sms, my facebook notifications, receiving all my calls, she even loaded emergency airtime which was left at my cost to pay back to cellc. This is so scary that cell c let this happen. I also had to purchase the new card at my cost and my time. Bilkees Rahaman (Store manager) had told me sorry and this will not happen again. I then tried to activate my blackberry id and I couldn’t get into my blackberry cause the sim swop was done, I ended up losing my email address I had for 3 years, All my pictures, all my contacts, all my sms and I need to update all the companies that have my email address at my cost. Ritesh (Area manager) and Bilkess sent me the below email which I did reply to and till date didn’t get a call or a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi Matthew</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that we as a store cannot be held responsible for you forgetting your BlackBerry ID Password, this is something that was created by you and if there is no option to retrieve your password via the processes I provided you then, yes the only way you will have access to your device is a hard reset and loss of your information. </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent an email to Dino Naicker (Head of CELLC KZN) and till date no reply, What a joke, Is this what you call a manager??? I understand this is my prepaid number but I also have 3 contracts with you which I spend about a R1350 a month with you guys. Will gladly send you my statements on request. Please get the dam CEO to call me if your managers can’t do their jobs!!!</p> <p> </p>
