Sim Swop charges
I am not impressed by being charged R50 for sim swop, I fail to understand why cos it's not like I lost or damage my active SIM card it's only that I need a micro sim, that made me realise that for some reason the data rulling by icasa cellc will somehow make up for losses on that in other ways, sim swop was free now suddenly there is a charge, wow not impressed as all

The charge on a sim swap is simply standard procedure. If it was that the sim swap was done for you free of charge, that would have been the agent who used their discretion to void the charge. Other than that, there is no free sim swap.
