Sim Swop - call center experience
I have called the Cell C call center yesterday 28.08.2022 and my call was dropped. are the calls recorded ?
I am trying to do a sim swop however you guys are asking me to provide 5 frequently called numbers from my cellc simcard made in the past 90 days ? How does one remember or trace this when having a dual sim card function ?
Even the branch is requesting the above information however I am in the branch with my ID and I still need to pass the questions ? where is the logic behind this ?
Please urgently assist - I will take this further.

The security check is mandatory for a SIM swap to be done. Your SIM card needs to be actively registered with your details on the system in order for us to assist you with a SIM swap.

I also note your security check that is mandatory however it cannot be this rigid to only allow for these questions to be answered while I am the registered owner in branch with my ID document for verification, I ask myself if I am a alien?? Since they are saying they still need to verify with questions.
