Sim swop

Good day i phoned cell c and asked then to perform a sim swap on my contract number after going through the security check i was told all was in order and my sim will be ready in 4 to 24 hours.I inserted my sim and it worked perfectly except the fact that i cant make outgoing calls was told all is well and transfered to the technical department where i was told i have the wrong number meaning Cell c performed a sim swap and gave me someone else's number been trying thoughtout the day to get help from them put im put on hold for minutes only to be told the team leader is busy on onother call asked for them to excalate my call and was told there is no one to help .Been told someone will call me but no one has.The owner of the number they gave me has been calling me demanding answers on why i have his number and he is left with a sim card without coverage can someone kindly help
