Sim Swop

<p>Our phone was stole. </p> <p>When we go to Cell C to do a sim swop we were advised that the credetials are not the same as ours. Cell C has a total differnet name and surname on their side. </p> <p> </p> <p>What is frustarting is that the number is linked to our business and has just printed new signage etc with that number. It is very frustrating. </p> <p> </p> <p>We went to Cresta and Fourways mall outlets and they cannot assist us. We cannot start with a new number and loose all our contact and business. We have been one week without this number and the turnover we loosing is ticking off daily. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please call me on ********** to sort this out. </p> <p>A very frustrated client. </p>
