SIM SWOP

I've tried calling the customer care and they asked me a few questions to confirm if I'm the owner of the simCard and then I told them that I can't remember the information because my fone broke a while back and had to put away my nano sim and now I seem to have lost it but need to use my number. They told me to go to a cell c store but when I got there they confirmed that yes it is my number and it Rica'd under my name but they will not assist because I don't have the correct answers. <br> Why? <br> Why tell me to take my ID to the shop and then still tell me you can't assist me? <br> That is my number and I want it back, I ported a few years ago from Vodacom for bad service and now all I need is my number back but they can't give me because I don't know my last dialed numbers? <br> If I knew the sim would get lost then I would saved the last dialed list but I didn't know. <br> <br> My numbers that needs simswop is *** can someone assist Please. And yes I don't know any answers regarding my last called numbers. <br> <br> I've been using that number for years but now no one wants to give it back ??? <br> <br> Cell c, I know you can do better.
