sim swop
Hi, I have an issue to do a sim swop. i went to cell c store and i was told to call the call centre as i wont be billed too much. i did that and i got the worst customer service ever no1 could not assist me, their service is just useless. How difficult can it be to do a sim swop, i am being reffered back to the store again now and i have a contract with guys and im paying every month.

We will assist you with a SIM swap, do you have a non-RICA registered SIM card? If you do, please provide us with the RICA serial number. A security check is mandatory and in order to have the SIM swap processed, you have to pass your security check.

Theodorah contacted me and she was very helpful. i think your call centre managers must do monthly check ups or live call listening, the call centre staff you have is not helpful and i read reviews here they are all the same. you will lose profits if u continue doing business like this
