Sim Swop

i went in to do a swim swap as my phone was ******. i was told to bring my i.d, proof of address,last 5 numbers i dialed and then given a form to fill in which also wanted the last rechard amaount and case number...all the above i had with me. the sim was checked and confirmed that it is rica'd under my name, but that wasnt enough. they checked the numbers i dialed and the consultant said she only can see three. now all these things i can obviously provide based on memory but i am obviously the owner of that number as it is rica'd under me, more so i am and was willing to do biometrics as this is a serious matter. all my work devices are approved via a ONE TIME PIN which comes in my number. my registration and applications for all and any corporate i am dioning business with also gets through to me on that number. i have nothing to hide but SIMPLY NEED TO DO A SIM SWAP. IF the case number is one of the requirements then why not use whatever details i can provide along with the fact that they can see it is rica'd in my name and help me retain my number. the service i recieved was absolutely appaulling. all the numbers i provided are numbers i definately dialed before the house was broken into and my phone ******. i cannot go foward without that number ( ********** 593 ). i need an solution, and i need it asap. im aware of fica regulations thus all the documents they wanted were provided but they still had no willingness to even help. after the break in i have had no records of my contacts, no access to any of my accounts. my banking notifications come through that number and this leaves room for *****. i have lost business and i cannot continue as this are right now. i simply need to do a sim swap!!! i was given no alternative. no resolution and no assistance at all. cell c you have failed one of your loyal customers at the worst time ever. under distress and going for investigation follow ups for the break in, something as simple but paramount as a sim swap is not something i thought i would ever have to complain about, especially as a fisrt complaint. musgrave cell c thank you for absolutely nothing.
