Sim Swop

I have been trying to do a sim swop since this morning at 06h30am. Firstly the call centre says they will phone you back between 2 and 4 hours, who has time to wait so long?<br> then they never actually do phone you back.<br> When I phoned again, no one can assist me, because there is already a ref number logged for this request.<br> So, how must I do a sim swop if they can not help me over the phone, but also not phone me back as they promised?<br> The two people that I spoke to talks so mumbly, that I eventually said to the one that I am putting down the phone as I can not hear what she is saying, beside the fact that she could not help me<br> this is really bad and completely unacceptable.<br> Honestly, this is rediculous
