Sim Swop

I inboxed Cell C and told them I need to do a sim swop on this number ********** 622 when I call in the ********** I was told that my number is not a contract and its not reflecting on their side so I need to know what should I do because my number was never a contract number they then instructed me to call. I asked them how come my number doesn't reflect on their system when Ive been using this number for almost 4 years the lady couldn't answer

Again on the 20th at 10:32am I called ********** as you instructed I spoke with Ova Motaung who told me that my number is not a contract and she instructed men to call 084 140 of which I did and I spoke to Samkelo who refused to give me her surname and she was so rude and she told me that theres nothing she can do except calling back to ********** I then call again at ********** and I spoke to Siphiwo Dlaminin who also said the same thing as Ova. Im tired of being taken for a fool coz ive been doing same thing the whole week. Can you please call help me

I mean my phone was lost on the 13th april 2018 and on the 21st Im being told the number has been recycled.
