SIM SWOP

Our daughter was a victim of smash and grab at a robot on Friday evening near Onderstepoort. We contacted cell c to block her phone and to black-list it. She went on Saturday morning to get a new sim card. We were told that there would be a waiting period of 4-8 hours before the sim would be activated. After numerous telephone calls to the Cell C number, which is 084 140. she is still currently not connected. They keep promising to connect her and it is now Tuesday evening and she is still not connected. We are very worried about her as we are 800 km away from her and have little or no contact with her. PLEASE COULD YOU HELP US.
