Sim Swop

I sent my phone in for repairs and when i got it back my sim did not want to work in my phone but another sim<br> would work in my phone and my sim worked in other phones. <br> <br> I went to do a sim swop they first wanted to charge me R140.00 for a new sim card, and when Cell c phoned me that the Sim has already been RICA on another number or what. I am being charged for the sim that they gave me on my contract plus they want me to go buy another sim to do a sim swop. <br> <br> Now i am being charged for a sim i cant use and i have to go buy yet another sim. <br> <br> Cell c pretends to care about their customers but clearly they dont. This is just a big pretend so that they can get customers and not give a dam about any of us. I have to pay almost R900.00 a month on contract just to sit without any sim to do anything with. <br> <br> I can not wait for my contract to end with Cell C so i can just get a new network provider. Cell C is clearly the worst one out of them all. <br> <br> Thanks so MUCH for NOTHING!!!
