Sim swaps

For the past few all I have been trying to do it get a sim swap sorted and every time I call in i get ask a new set of “security questions” I had lost my phone back between Jan and Feb and since then been trying to get my sim swap sorted ALL I WANT IS MY NUMBER BACK THAT NUMBER IS LINKED TO ALL MY IMPORTANT PERSONAL THINGS AND ALL I NEED OS TO GET IT BACK SO I CAN GET MY THINGS IN ORDER, To top it all off the staff keep pushing me from pillar to post one day I get told to call the customer care line the next get told to go to store MAKE UP YOUR MINDS! I need this sim mainly because I have always used it since 16 years old and bare in my I am 21 now l have had this number linked to all my things including my banking I NEED MY NUMBER BACK THATS IT. Extremely ****ed
