Sim Swap with no Sim

<p>I needed to get a nano sim done for my Iphone, so I had to do a sim swap, a gentleman called Isaac assisted me in filling out forms, I didn't have any cash on me and I wanted to swipe for my new sim, he informed me that their speed point wasn't functioning properly, so I told him to cancel the whole thing and I would go somewhere else because how can you operate without a working speed point. An hour later I noticed my phone didn't have network and the sim swap was done... How in the world was it done when I didn't have THE NEW SIM. I called Customer Care who got in touch with the store for me. Ultimately I was told I needed to come back and collect my SIM card. Such nonsense because I am going back to work and can't do that. I am still sitting with a phone with no network and that's my main line that I use for all my transactions too. I am very disappointed with CellC. </p>
