Sim swap, undebited account, **** service

Okay, so I got a new sim only contract with Cell C. The sim card worked for 2 minutes and not sure what happened. I called cell c and was told that they have problems with sim only contracts thus I must call after a week. A week later there's no help. 3 weeks later I'm told I should do a swim swap. However, cell c was unable to debit my account end of August so when I call to do a swim swap I'm told they cant process my request because I owe them. Let's back track, when I realised my account was not debited I called to check what the problem is or was, and made arrangements for the debit to go the next day. Still the debit was not made. Now I'm told I should have called the bank to find out what the problem is because it's not cell c's problem that theres an error or whatever is happening. Bottom line, I will not get my sim swap until I pay because my account is in errears. Otherwise someone from technical might call me within 1-2 days to try and assist with damaged sim card. Well, as a client for the past 6 years or so...I will just sit here with zero service from cell c! CellC, what must happen now????????

The lady I spoke to, her name is Nokwanda nzama, told me that if it was her she would have went to her bank to enquire????. She also said I would get an SMS with ref number, 4 hours later i still havent. I'm glad i noted it down. So now I'm paying for a service that I'm not even using.

Cell C answer... ref number is ***.

A lady by the name of Europa called to arrange for yet another debit order for yesterday at 11am. Still no debit order was made today. She said the problem was that cell c has wrong branch code. I want to know who changed the branch code you have been using for the past 100 years.

As for sim swap... a guy by the name of Moses Mo***eng called yesterday and as I was driving, I asked him to call me later and he committed to calling today. Well... did he call...nope. in all this my brother is missing out on downloading matric past papers because the contract I took for him isn't materializing.

So today I called cell c. 084140, 084135, I was given 3 options: 1 make payment arrangement, 2 get our banking details 3 speak to a consultant. I called so many times selecting option 3 and the phone would just cut without ringing????
