sim Swap taking forever

<p>It has been 48 hours since i did my sim swap.. Have been talking with over 6 consultants who are not helping me at all.they all tell me to wait for 4 hours i have bought two sim cards already..and they are not working.. A sim swap after passing security questions shouldn't take this long.. I am dissapointed and angry as I'm missing important calls.. I will rather just leave this useless campany.</p>
