SIM swap taking forever

I lost my SIM card so had to do a SIM Swap.<br> <br> I called the call center on the 15th of July 2015, they did a security check and said they will contact me back with two hours, which they didn't. I called in the following day, they didn't. Called in the following day, same story.<br> <br> They eventually called three days later but it was early in the morning so missed the call and then called them back, and then said they will call me back in two hours which they didn't. They called me again, just when I was about to answer I missed it. Called them back, same two hour story and they did not call back. Called them again Monday and Tuesday, same two hour story. Even at this hour I am still waiting for the call.<br> <br> Funny enough they said they tried to contact me several times but how can you try to call me on a number I am doing a SIM swap for??? And how long does it take to do a SIM swap??? They did security checks million times so I do not know what the hold up is.
