Sim swap still outstanding 48 hours later
Good day,<br> <br> My sim swap still has not been done 2 working days after I have scheduled it from Cell C. Cell C keeps on telling me that they have escalated this matter forward and I should wait and I will be called back.<br> <br> This is unacceptable because their SLAs to contact customers is within 2 to 4 working hours of receiving the ticket.
