Sim swap rejection
I had a contract with cell c when they still had stores in Zululand .After they closed the stores we suffered we only had to get service on call centre.in April my sim card said sim rejected i tried calling since then but no help i even asked to give them atleast my old sim card serial number but they refused.my personal things are stucked on this number can you pls assist me me.number in question is ***

17 Jul 2024, 09:51The consultant called he said his name was Derrick he was very rude can cell c listen to the recording of our conversation.he asked me 2 question and said I failed and he said it wont help me going to social media.i told him if he can confirm maybe with cell c that this number is mine was one of the cell c employees before they closed zululand shops.i wont rest until i get this number.its all over my business.
