SIM swap problem
<p>I've have called the call center to perform a SIM swap. I couldn't do it because I have not used the SIM card in 60 days, yet every month money is being debited off my account there is no worries that the SIM card is being used or not? I need to go 2 the store with ID and proof of residence, those documents were not even required of me when taking the second contract because I'm on the system. It is such an inconvenience to deal with cell C.</p>
