Sim Swap not activated after 3 hours

Doing a sim swap and still not active after 3 hours. Agent was helpful but turnaround time retract from the service delivered.

This is seriously becoming ridiculous. I still have not received a call and doing a sim swap can really not be this complicated or take this long. I do not want to receive a call I just want my sim swap done asap.
