Sim swap nightmare
Doing a sim swap is a nightmare with customer care,I have been with cell c for more than ten years but for some reason failed the security questions.How am I supposed to remember how many time I've recharged in the past 30 days,how many emergency recharge I've made,when was the last date of my recharge

13 Oct 2022, 15:29I've done so to the best of my knowledge,now you say I have to wait 30 days to call in again,since I failed 3x.So I have to wait 30days without access to my cellphone number. How can I retrieve information of how many times I've recharged in the past 30 days
