SIM SWAP NIGHTMARE

On the 25th of February 2020 I was ****** of three devices, 2 cellphones and a router. All had Cell C sim cards. I really loved Cell C. The worst part of this situation is not being able to make a sim swap on my cellphone numbers excluding the router number, mind you Cell C used to call me on one these numbers when ever they had a new data promotion. I tried calling the customer care line, I failed the 5 question test. I went to Cell C store, they asked me the last 5 dialed numbers, I mean even the Cell C CEO can not answer that 1 right. THEY SAID THERE IS NO OTHER WAY I CAN GET MY NUMBERS BACK. I think I will never use Cell C again if I can Not get my numbers back. The numbers I want a sim swap on are *** and ***.
