SIM Swap Nightmare

My handbag along with my cell phones inside were ******. One of my cell phone numbers is with Cell C, which is my main cell phone number. I have had it for 4 years and have it on my Resume. Cell C has denied me a sim swap 3 times stating that I have failed their security check, their security questions are unreasonable and further make you feel victimized instead of assisting you to move on from a traumatizing ordeal that sadly in the country we live in happens far too often to many South Africans on a daily basis. Something like retrieving your number should not be a long winded alienating process. I am extremely shattered and at a loss. I can not fathom how it should be so difficult to get back something as important as a cell phone number which is basically in this day and age a lifeline.
