Sim Swap Made Hell!!!
I lost my phone and wanted to have a sim swap done, little did I know that i would be asked 101 questions just to get MY number back. I can't remember the name of the person I was speaking to but she was very rude and not helpful. Why do I need to remember when last i recharged and and the last few people i called before loosing my phone?? May i please get someone to assist me with getting my number back, I have enjoyed using Cell C as a service provider and would hate to move to another network.
