Sim Swap Issue

<p>I was at the Sandton City branch in August 2016 for a Sim Swap and was told they cannot do the sim swap because I need an affidavit stating that the sim/cell number is mine. My details were apparently not linked or registered to the cell number. Subsequently I went to the police station for that to be done and sim swap was a success. So I lost my cell phone again and I need another sim swap. I went to the Sandton City branch again and the gentleman including the branch manager told me they cannot do the sim swap for me because my details are STILL not registered to that cell number! Surely the consultant who did the sim swap at that very same branch should have registered my information and details to that cell number. And they agreed but still there's nothing they can do. I found this to be very unhelpful and they didn't seem to care about my issue. Now I, because of that initial consultant's neglicence to add my info, I need to go again to the police station for an affidavit. I am deeply dissapointed in this. I will not be using cell c services again.</p>
