Sim Swap impossible

I have been trying 4 Days now to do a simple sim swap .<br> Day 1 i drove from the farm to the Kolonade centre to do the sim swap only to be told they are offline and i need to come back the next day.<br> Day2 i tried several call to Cell C support line after 3 dropped calls i was given a reference number and the sim swap division would have phoned me back till today no phone call.<br> Day 3 Drive the 55km back to the Cell C shop in the Kolonade and do my sim swap R114 later it will be active between 2 and 8 hours.<br> Day 4 Phone call after phone call to Cell C 084 140 the sim card i received does not exist this is day 4 with out a phone and 94 minutes later on listing to music at cell C I was just told to go back to the store they need to fix their mistake.<br> I am still where i was on Tuesday morning before i drove to the shop the first time the only difference is i am R114 out of pocket and 94Min airtime gone.<br> I will try again on Monday to see maybe a miracle happens and another service provider take over my contract.<br> <br>
