Sim swap horror
My phone went missing. Called the call center and visited the stores a couple of times.The consultants always find some reason not to help.The other call centre one said she was unable to assist ,since she didn't know the process of blocking the IMEI.Then they wanted 5 frequently contacted numbers which I did provide,now they say you must get the dialed numbers only.Where am I supposed to get them from, when I don't have the phone or the Sim card. I have provided all proof that I am indeed the owner but they make sure to frustrate you.
Other networks even help you even with the number of the last Sim card inserted if they see that someone used the phone after you lost it ,but these ones make sure they make your life m iserable.
