SIM SWAP FRUSTRATION

To whom it may concern,

Why is it such a mission to get a none rica'd SIM Card.

I was ****** this past Saturday and everything that identifies me is no longer with me. I have walked into a Cell C to purchase 2 sim cards and I give Cell C a call to do a sim swap telephonically just to find out these sim cards are RICA'd and they cannot do the process. I have walked into a CNA, PEP, Checkers and PIck n Pay and they refuse to sell an unrica'd sim card.

This is extremely frustrating. I have a job which I cannot ignore. My job relies on these numbers as they are part of my business. I am so tired of Cell C. And everything you have put me through in the past. I am trying do this on a clean slate but the service provider and your agents in-store and online are pathetic.

What's worse is that I am a customer on Cell both pre-paid and contract why do you push to such a state of anger and frustration to get your help. It's pathetic. I fully understand why Cell C cannot maintain it's network and in such big debt because your network is USELESS!!!

I am absolutely upset. And I am taking this to hello-peter and all social networks. This is not the first messed up incident I am having with your company.

I would never recommend it to anyone, because your services sucks.

Please make sure that my problem is resolved by 5pm today as I cannot function this way!!!
