SIM swap from hell
I got ****** on the 1st of September I tired several times to perform a sim swap I was told I answered security questions wrong because I could quite remember the last two numbers I called because of the trauma I'm facing they told me I should go to a cell c store . I went there the told me my number was registered on another person's passport I should try the call centre again . I tried again this time I was told I'm blocked from the system I should wait 30 days to try again . It's not my fault that I can't remember . Can they atleast be considerate of how we feel I'm still tramatised from the mugging . I'm really not happy about they service and how they dismiss customers!!
