SIM swap failure
I have used cell c network for as long as I know and now that I have lost my cellphone it has become a headache to do a SIM swap. I even went to the store with no luck. A lady dropped the call when I asked if there is no one else I can talk to beside her. The frustration of losing my cellphone has gone up as I use the lost number for almost all of my things.

08 Mar 2022, 20:55I do have a new SIM the problem is that apparently I keep on failing security questions when I went to the store non of the numbers that I frequently call were available on the system when they checked. Even my wife's number and my sister's number. And because of that they could not help me. I asked if there is an alternative way to recover my number and they said no. That number I use for my banking and also all my important private apps.
