Sim Swap

I have a contract phone with cell c, 2 days ago I was updating my software and the sim card got damaged. I called them for sim swap assistance. They asked me few questions and told me I failed them,and I must wait for 24 hours to call again. The next day same **** they gave me again,.Their service is soooooo pathetic, and annoying. For 3 days I don't have a phone, for just a simple sim swap.
