SIM swap drama

I had a very bad experience in my life with Cell C today, I have been with Cell C for more than 10years. Today I was in the a for approximately 15minutes and it was not that busy, then I got help blacklist my phone. When I have to do a swim swap this guy his name is David, he gave me a bad service and he ended up telling me that he needs prove of residence of Orange farm. And in 2007 when I was making this SIM card I registered with my original address of which is 1676b Nkosi Street White City Jabavu 1868. This boy made me feel like a retard and worst part their service was so slow because the form I filled it took me 2minutes, and he attended me after 10minutes to tell me about the address I never stayed at... Cell C Jabulani mall I'm so disappointed!!!
